“I recommend Vivian to all my friends whether they are in pain or not! Being an avid cyclist, whenever I have injured myself on the road and been in pain for weeks, on numerous occasions I buckle and come to PTPT where Vivian diagnoses and fixes me with speed and precision. With her vast knowledge of the human body, most of the time she eliminates my pain in one visit by finding the originating cause and "does what she does". She has helped me find "lost" muscles and reviews my yoga exercises so I am doing them correctly and mindfully. The Southland is lucky to have PTPT around (I travel from Redondo Beach to see her).”

“Two doctors, two x-rays, two therapists and an MRI but there was no progress with my shoulder until there was Vivian!”

“The REAL DEAL! NO BAND-AID SOLUTIONS HERE
I'm a 31 year old woman who was diagnosed with kyphosis and lordosis as an adult. I wore a $5,000 back brace that was aggressively adjusted every few weeks and was only allowed to take it off to eat and shower. It was very painful and although my condition improved for a short while, it eventually returned to its original state. As an adult, I was told my only option was surgery. While researching orthopedic surgeons online, I came across PTPT. My intuition guided me to schedule an appointment and it was the best thing I could have done! At my first appointment I was shocked and relieved to hear that I didn't need to wear the back brace or have surgery! Shortly after beginning my comprehensive treatment plan I tossed my brace in a dumpster and began the healing process. Vivian is the real deal. She is a truly gifted physical therapist and healer who uses her intuition, experience, knowledge and humor to get to the root of the cause. She doesn't believe in short cuts or half-solutions which yields lasting results. Of course, you are expected to do your part with simple at home exercises. Vivian and her amazing team are completely dedicated to your health and well-being. Highly recommended!”

“Dear Vivian,
Clinical therapy is all about getting the job done, and that is exactly what you do. But for the fact that it sounds superlative, I would say you are a wonder woman. I turned up at your door with a really bad dose of tendinitis, Tennis Elbow. Actually it was roofers elbow from banging in the nails on the tree house roof. I had been told that I was going to have to take months of therapy, but a couple a sessions with your infrared wand and deep massage, and I was well on the way to recovery. Before I forget completely I thought I would jot you a line to say thank you for a job well done.
Yours sincerely,”

“When I was 14, I had spinal fusion surgery to correct a scoliotic curve in my spine. I received no physical therapy and I didn’t think that I needed any. Sure, I couldn’t bend my spine but I didn’t see how that might affect other aspects of my physical well-being. I returned to the sport of gymnastics and did what I could do. Obviously, it wasn’t much.
During one gymnastics practice, I injured my knee and was prescribed two rounds of physical therapy. It didn’t do any good and I resigned myself to reality—I would always experience pain in my left knee. Unfortunately, an injured knee hampered my active lifestyle and I quickly found my pain increasing to the point that I sought medical help again. This time I went in for arthroscopic surgery to repair a torn meniscus. I thought that this would be the end and things would finally improve.
Again, I was wrong. Even after the surgery and another dose of physical therapy, I was still in pain and unable to resume my normal activities. And that’s when I met Vivian Eisenstadt. Vivian explained to me that it was all connected—the spinal fusion surgery and the knee problems. My immobilized spine had progressively weakened my core and kept me from doing basic activities properly, even walking. We worked on widening my gait, stepping with the correct heel to toe motion and engaging my core.
My pain has substantially decreased. I have resumed running and dancing and though I still experience some discomfort, I no longer feel despondent. I know that with Vivian’s help, I will soon be pain-free. ”

“Three weeks after going back to work full-time while also breastfeeding a 20-pound baby, my shoulders and neck were completely locked up. I get regular chiropractic adjustments, but was still in pain. Vivian got me down on the ground and WORKED it out! I felt a little better immediately, and by the next day the pain was gone. She rocks.”
