Physical Therapy and Massage Therapy in Los Angeles
“Dear Ms. Eisenstadt – PTPT Thank you so much for your help in alleviating my leg pain due to a herniated disc. Under your watchful guidance and expertise, I’ve been able to avoid surgical intervention and able to resume most of my normal activities.”
Mark W. Alpert, O.D.

“I am 27 years old and before seeing Vivian I was on my way to using a cane by the age of 50. It's been seven years since my ACL surgery and I was never really able to get back to being normal in sports or even daily living such as walking downstairs normally. I reinjured my knee a year ago to the point that my doctor told me I can no longer run and jump ever again. My doctor's explanation was that certain people don't recover normally. And the doctors that I have seen are well known orthopedic surgeons who have worked on olympic athletes and have won national awards. I have seen a few physical therapists, all with good reputations, but physical therapy was always frustrating because I was never able to make any real progress. And only in my first visit with Vivian she was able to immediately spot fundamental problems which were acting barriers in my rehabilitation. None of which all my previous doctors or physical therapists were able to spot. Only if I had found out about citysearch sooner! She truly is Wonder Woman, literally...You'll know what I mean after your first visit. =)”

“I just wanted to thank you-- I'll never forget how kind you were to me. At a time when it seemed like no one could figure out what was wrong with me and no one had patience to try to figure it out, you were one of the few who was kind, patient, and generous. Thanks again,”
Jennifer

“When I was 14, I had spinal fusion surgery to correct a scoliotic curve in my spine. I received no physical therapy and I didn’t think that I needed any. Sure, I couldn’t bend my spine but I didn’t see how that might affect other aspects of my physical well-being. I returned to the sport of gymnastics and did what I could do. Obviously, it wasn’t much. During one gymnastics practice, I injured my knee and was prescribed two rounds of physical therapy. It didn’t do any good and I resigned myself to reality—I would always experience pain in my left knee. Unfortunately, an injured knee hampered my active lifestyle and I quickly found my pain increasing to the point that I sought medical help again. This time I went in for arthroscopic surgery to repair a torn meniscus. I thought that this would be the end and things would finally improve. Again, I was wrong. Even after the surgery and another dose of physical therapy, I was still in pain and unable to resume my normal activities. And that’s when I met Vivian Eisenstadt. Vivian explained to me that it was all connected—the spinal fusion surgery and the knee problems. My immobilized spine had progressively weakened my core and kept me from doing basic activities properly, even walking. We worked on widening my gait, stepping with the correct heel to toe motion and engaging my core. My pain has substantially decreased. I have resumed running and dancing and though I still experience some discomfort, I no longer feel despondent. I know that with Vivian’s help, I will soon be pain-free. ”

“Thank You PTPT! You showed true insight in diagnosing the cause of the chronic knee and back pain I felt that other doctors missed. I just completed the wildflower half ironman - a 1,2 mile swim, 56 mile bike ride and a 13.1 mile run - and I feel great thanks to Vivian and the staff at PTPT.”
Ari Bayme

“I cannot believe that Vivian Eisenstadt has disguised her true identity this long. Who would have ever imagined that Wonder Woman would become a licensed Physical Therapist? I have truly never felt better. Ask for the Karate Chop. ”
Rick Downer

“Simply put... Vivian at Prevent The Pain Therapy will align your mind, body and spirit, and you will leave feeling like a new person. It is an amazing experience, and she is an amazingly gifted healer.”
