“Dear Vivian:
I so wanted you to know I am in awe of your skills.
I was feeling simply miserable on the day I saw you. Only 24 hours had passed since a rotten so-and-so had plowed into me and my Corolla. Chip and I had planned to go to Las Vegas for a long weekend and I was very seriously considering cancelling the trip. I was in fear of being stuck in the car for the 5 hour drive that was ahead of me the next day.
The work you did with me was remarkable. I felt completely taken care of and secure in knowing you were doing what would help. And it did help - tremendously. The pain in my lower back was relieved by your work on my hip. And the pain in my neck and shoulders vastly lessened by your adjustments and treatments in that area.
Not only was the trip largely pain free, it was actually pleasant and relaxing; especially so since Chip drove the whole way. I could sit comfortably and enjoy the good music he had brought along for the journey. The trip back to Los Angeles three days later was just as easy as the trip out. I was in such a good mood, feeling so well, that even losing at the tables didn’t dampen by spirit! It has been 8 days since the accident. I am still sore but can’t even imagine what I would feel like if I hadn’t been to you the day after I was hit. I am confident that I am well on the way to doing cartwheels. (Not that I had been doing those on a daily basis – but wonderful to feel I can if required.)
Many, many thanks,”

When my neck and shoulders were tweaked, it took Vivian minutes to diagnose and help me back to pain-free. I wholeheartedly recommend her and her center.

“When I was 14, I had spinal fusion surgery to correct a scoliotic curve in my spine. I received no physical therapy and I didn’t think that I needed any. Sure, I couldn’t bend my spine but I didn’t see how that might affect other aspects of my physical well-being. I returned to the sport of gymnastics and did what I could do. Obviously, it wasn’t much.
During one gymnastics practice, I injured my knee and was prescribed two rounds of physical therapy. It didn’t do any good and I resigned myself to reality—I would always experience pain in my left knee. Unfortunately, an injured knee hampered my active lifestyle and I quickly found my pain increasing to the point that I sought medical help again. This time I went in for arthroscopic surgery to repair a torn meniscus. I thought that this would be the end and things would finally improve.
Again, I was wrong. Even after the surgery and another dose of physical therapy, I was still in pain and unable to resume my normal activities. And that’s when I met Vivian Eisenstadt. Vivian explained to me that it was all connected—the spinal fusion surgery and the knee problems. My immobilized spine had progressively weakened my core and kept me from doing basic activities properly, even walking. We worked on widening my gait, stepping with the correct heel to toe motion and engaging my core.
My pain has substantially decreased. I have resumed running and dancing and though I still experience some discomfort, I no longer feel despondent. I know that with Vivian’s help, I will soon be pain-free. ”

“Hi, I’m Karen. I met Vivian through my brother and he sent me to her for the pain he was sick of hearing about. I am a musician and my forearms and neck were like bricks and I was experiencing debilitating pain that stalled my life. It's hard to explain how in such a short time I was able to get a deep understanding of my body and how important it was to cherish and take care of it on a constant basis; get rid of the pain; and get back to following my dreams. Being pain free has helped improve every part of my life. Thank you Vivian and PTPT Staff”

“I had a great experience with PTPT, it's a super relaxed, open atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. I'd never been to physical therapy before and was pretty nervous about it, but I was diagnosed with patello femoral syndrome and referred to a random HMO therapist. I decided to see Vivian instead, having found her through research of my own. She worked very quickly on my leg and then adjusted my spine and back, as well...wasn't expecting that, as I've never had any chiropractic-type work done either. Well, here I am almost a week later, and my knee doesn't hurt, I can walk, I can kneel, and I can stand up from sitting on the floor without using my hands to push myself up. Haven't done that move since Pilates class. Happy side benefit is my back isn't hurting anymore...whatever she did fixed years of working at computers and the two or three times I've been rear-ended on the freeway. Thanks Vivian, I'll be back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”
