“The REAL DEAL! NO BAND-AID SOLUTIONS HERE I'm a 31 year old woman who was diagnosed with kyphosis and lordosis as an adult. I wore a $5,000 back brace that was aggressively adjusted every few weeks and was only allowed to take it off to eat and shower. Warranty
Oppo Medical guarantees all of its products to be free of material and manufacturing defects. Oppo Medical will replace any regular stock item for up to 90 days from date of purchase if such defects are apparent.

Return Policy
All returns must be accompanied with an approved Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

Return Terms and Conditions:

Returns will not be accepted on items over 90 days from date of purchase.

Freight charges for returned goods are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed to.

Oppo Medical will pay freight charges if the return is due to an error on our part and is reported within 10 days of receipt of the goods.

Credit will only be issued for returns that are free of damage and are otherwise deemed by Oppo Medical to be in sellable condition. No cash refund will be given.

Items that are damaged or lost during return shipping to our office are not the responsibility of Oppo Medical.

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returns. Restocking fee is based on original invoice price at the time of sale. Restocking fee will be charged on all returns, other than returns due to error on the part of Oppo Medical.

Returns of overstock items will only be allowed within 90 days of purchase for initial orders only.

Special order and private label items are non-refundable due to the special nature of these items.
