Physical Therapy and Massage Therapy in Los Angeles
“I was hesitant to step up to the plate and get my shoulder treated with physical therapy, but the pain became too intense to ignore. In my first session with Vivian, she demonstrated how much stress I was storing in my upper body and she set me on a program to stretch, limber up and loosen up. The pain was diminishing and our work continued with several therapies and some work with the pilates machines. Then she started on my neck tension. We've had four sessions so far. The shoulder pain is way way down, I already started carrying myself differently. And a couple days ago, while I was shaving, I noticed that my neck is so much more limber, I can see parts of my jawline and sideburns that I could never see before! Vivian knows her stuff - and she is a naturally gifted healer.”

“This was a letter I just sent my lawyer: Out of my frustration of having almost constant pain since my accident, even after the epidural procedure, I’m not getting any relief. So, I’ve done some research of my own and came across a clinic called Prevent The Pain Therapy, Inc. I’ve made an appointment with them on August 23, 2007 and received a treatment from Ms. Vivian Eisenstadt, who is an Orthopedic Certified Specialist. I’ve received more benefit from this one session than the entire time of PT in the past since the accident. . I feel this will be a better solution than performing a surgical procedure. Thus, I’m hoping that I could receive a further doctor's recommendation to continue my Physical Therapy at this location. I’m convinced of its therapeutic values and I would even like to further suggest you refer some of your patients to this location rather than referring them to some useless therapy. In addition, I’m going to require more time to produce the evidence of my previous financial and business records. I will do my best to send them out to you soon. Thank you for your help and look forward to your reply. You can find more information about Prevent The Pain Therapy at: www.preventthepain.com Sincerely, Jerry H Yoon”

“Vivian Eisenstadt has worked wonders on my back. She has allowed me to enjoy the last few precious months of my pregnancy. I was suffering from a severe nerve pain in my back as a result of pregnancy. I was in so much pain I could barely walk. I tried yoga, stretching, and exercise none of which helped. Desperate, I asked my OBGYN for help. He referred me to Cedars-Sinai Spinal Institute. The first doctor said I was pregnant and there was nothing they could do - that I would just have to deal with it until the pregnancy ended because I couldn't take drugs or get epidurals. I refused to give in and argued for a solution. He brought another doctor into the patient room, Dr. Berkeley. After a short discussion, Dr. Berkeley referred me to a Physical Therapist, PTPT run by Vivian Eisenstadt. Thank god for that stroke of luck. After a few sessions with Vivian, I can now walk completely pain free! She is quick, direct and efficient in her diagnosis. I cannot tell you how grateful and relived I am to spend the last few months of my pregnancy without constant pain. I can now enjoy these last few weeks of pregnancy and send loving peace to my baby. Vivian is a godsend.”

“Vivian is one of the best physical therapists around. I worked for her as a massage therapist and many of the clients would tell me how they had physical therapy before coming to PTPT and it hadn't done anything for them. But since working with Vivian they were finally healing. I myself became a client after a car accident in 2004, and having Vivian as my therapist really helped me get better quickly. She's passionate about her work and I highly recommend her.”
Judith Walton

“I am completely sold on Physical Therapy after my session with Prevent The Pain Therapy. I am amazed at my recuperation after follow the exercises prescribed by PTPT. Vivian is highly skilled and really knows her business.”
Clifford Ryan

“And ... Thank you for today. I am so much at peace right now, that I don't even recognize myself. You are wonderful, and your staff of therapists are also great. They represent you extremely well. Love and Admiration - - Your Steely Dan cover band Band Leader ...”

“When I dislocated my knee I was very fortunate to find Vivian at Prevent The Pain and she was able to not only end the pain, but return my knee to the way it was before the injury. Now I am back to serious athletic activities thanks to a great physical therapist who I now consider a good friend. At Prevent The Pain, the atmosphere is warm, professional, and you always leave feeling great!”

Testimonials

  • I came to Vivian with a bad knee injury caused by many years of running. I thought my days of running were over, but thanks to Vivian's careful assistance and expertise, my knee injury has healed completed and I'm back on the track.
    Mayor Jeffrey Prang, West Hollywood

  • Vivian is one of the few physical therapists who truly gets the job done. My patients simply feel better after her treatments. Her technical knowledge and “hands-on” approach make her incredibly effective when treating a variety of pathologies.
    Dr. Carolyn Siegel, Podiatrist

  • Vivian is not only a vivacious, upbeat and creative person she is a fabulous physical therapist. She's great at identifying the patient's problem and subsequently working as fast as humanly possible to cure it. She also has "heart" and makes the patient feel that she cares about his or her condition. In her therapy, she not only focuses on the problem at hand but stresses what changes the patient needs to incorporate into his/her lifestyle to prevent future problems, i.e., special pillows, changes in posture, etc. Vivian is just downright amazing!

  • Dear Ms. Eisenstadt – PTPT Thank you so much for your help in alleviating my leg pain due to a herniated disc. Under your watchful guidance and expertise, I’ve been able to avoid surgical intervention and able to resume most of my normal activities.

  • Vivian Eisenstadt gave me my life back. She did it with her incredible knowledge, personality and best of all, encouragement. I needed physical therapy because of a silly little fall down the stairs in my home. A year and 2 MRI's later, it was determined that I had a 9 mm herniation between L4 and L5. Surgery was recommended. I waited and the disk ruptured touching 2 nerves and causing drop foot in my left foot and a lot of frustration. Surgery followed soon after and my recovery was set in motion. However, it wasn't as easy as I had hoped. After spending many months with a general physical therapist, I had felt that my recovery was not moving along as quickly as I had wanted. A friend recommended me to Vivian and after about a month working with Vivian, I started to get very excited about the challenges that she placed in front of me. I was also very excited about the results that I was getting as well. Vivian's energy and encouragement really placed my focus on hitting milestones rather than focusing on where I felt I should be in my recovery. I felt that her focusing on my mental outlook was just as important as my physical issues. Vivian shared her knowledge with me and educated me on my body and why certain movements cause me pain. That was very helpful and taught me how to use my body without causing pain. Vivian worked differently from the other PT's I had worked with. She focused on the big muscles but she also really concentrated on small fine-tuning as well. She was all about challenging my muscles and explaining why being off balance while doing the exercises was a positive thing. She explained that the imbalance showed the weakness, which ultimately gave her information on where I should focus my energies. With each milestone accomplished, the exercises became more challenging. I was never bored with my therapy. She constantly introduced new ways to keep me interested and after a while, put me on the Pilates machine to challenge me even more. I really enjoyed her mindset that you can have the best person working with you but if you don't do the work, what good is it. My recovery was my choice and responsibility and with her help, I have made it to the other side. My pain level was a 9 when I started working with Vivian and when I was discharged, my pain level was at a 1 or 2 depending if it was a good or bad day. Vivian had given me the ability to sit in my car and drive without pain. That was huge for me since I spend several hours a day in my car. She also helped me become more aware of my body and how it works best. I highly recommend Vivian to anyone who wants a Physical Therapist who can challenge and motivate as well as strengthen and cure. She is results oriented and creates an environment that motivates and gets results. Thank you Vivian for giving me my body and my life back. You are a godsend and I don't know what I would have done without you. You are the best! Love always A very happy patient

  • Prevent The Pain Therapy was a great source of recovery for me. I had been to many physical therapists over the years with little or no success. Vivian is great a what she does and I would highly recommend Prevent The Pain Therapy to any one looking to heal back problems or other injuries.

  • Shalom Vivian, Thanks again for your expert treatment. You are a kindred soul and skillful healer. I believe I am on the mend.

  • Vivian is the awesomest of the awesome! Within two short months she had me feeling better and standing taller than I ever knew I could feel or stand. Not only does she have an incredible understanding of the human body and how to fix it, she cares about making people well as if she were their own mother. Physical therapy with Vivian Eisenstadt is one of the greatest experiences I have ever had, and probably ranks among the best experiences the world currently has to offer.

  • As I am writing this testimonial, I just want to note that I am sitting up straight in my chair, my butt is out, my feet are straight in front of me, and I am not straining my neck. I started working with Vivian about three months ago after injuring my back moving furniture (I wish I had hurt myself in a more swashbuckling way). I was referred to her by two of my friends, who in my opinion do not make referrals lightly, in other words, they don’t like anyone. The fact that they would recommend Vivian says a lot about how much she helped them recover from their respective back injuries. Granted, I cannot say my injury was that severe compared to other people I know. I did not require surgery, hospitalization or other invasive procedures. But in my case it was very debilitating. I could not sit or stand for long periods of time, could not exercise, but most importantly could not chase my two young kids around. That is what hurt the most. At first I was skeptical. I had been to other physical therapists for a variety of ailments and none of them approached therapy in the same way as Vivian. Her techniques are innovative. Tugging, stretching, thinking, concentrating are a big part of her sessions. There is no easy ice, ride a bike, stim, and go home. Additionally, she made me do homework, every day, multiple times a day, all movements tailored to my weaknesses and meant to improve my physical lifestyle. But you see the results immediately. You also hear her voice every time you make a movement. That is a gift that is like a gift that keeps on giving. Another step in her healing process is the fact that she has the expertise to review how your body works in unison. She has helped my ankles, my knees and my neck. Last week she had me visit a podiatrist to help my arches. All of this has helped my back immensely. I can honestly say that Vivian is the best physical therapist I have worked with and would recommend her highly. Be prepared to work, be prepared to listen, and be prepared to do your homework. Best of all, be prepared to feel better than you have in a while.

  • Vivian is a true healer! After suffering a near death experience from a bowel resection that took a wrong turn, I came to Vivian with hopes of healing from the trauma of Peritonitis, numerous surgeries and recovery from a colostomy reversal. At the time, I was living with tremendous pain and suffering psychologically from the trauma of my ordeal. I had a lot of hesitation and fear.. Vivian was intuitively understanding and gentle yet effective. She got me moving. She had me working through the pain and my recovery was amazing! She was my “Green Mile”. Today there’s not an activity I can’t do. I’ve been off pain meds for over two years and I thank Vivian for initiating my wonderful recovery. I have nothing but positive things to say about Vivian and her healing ability and wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone into her healing hands.

  • Vivian is amazing! She showed me how to strengthen and shape my posture into a more supportive and powerful structure and in the process of my regaining a stronger posture, I felt better in my body and my self-confidence level shot straight up! I found myself taking on projects that I had been putting off and began to speak more freely and confidently about what's in my heart. Thanks Vivian! Lots of Love,

  • I had been suffering with lower back pain for three years before PTPT. The quality of my life was defined by the pain I was experiencing. I was unable to sit for long periods of time. I was overtaken by depression, anxiety, and most of all pain. I watched my body change over three years. I had lost muscle in my legs, my posture was bad, and I had little motivation to work through the pain that had tormented me for so long. I had been to doctors, had extensive x-rays, drug therapy, you name it I tried it. PTPT was recommended by my spouse’s co-worker. She forwarded me her story and outlined what Vivian and her staff had done for her after a horrible car accident. I was willing to try anything at this point. I called as soon as I was given the contact information. Martin was able to book a same day appointment and I did not know it at the time but my life was about the change for the better. Vivian has a great place in the best location. It is so easy to get to and you do not have to deal with parking or validation. She has a beautiful rose garden that welcomes you to the physical therapy office. Her space is very welcoming and I instantly felt at home in her office. Vivian gave me a thorough evaluation and asked me every question in the book. At this point I became aware Vivian is a seasoned professional. I could feel the positive energy she gives off and I could feel the empathy she had for my situation. Post evaluation was an emotional experience. Vivian instructed me to lay-down on my back and put me in positions I had not experienced in a long time. She put me through a series of alignments and I was instructed to stand up see how I felt. I was in shock. The pain, numbness, and chaos that had disrupted my life for so long seem to have disappeared. So much was running through my head I could not hold it in. She kept eye contact and she knew what was about to happen and it did. Every emotion flowed out of me. We somehow bonded in that moment and she wrapped her arms around me and told me to let it go. After some time I was able to compose myself and Vivian and I had a nice chat about the emotional issues wrapped up with my back pain. I was given my “homework” a long list of stretches. I purchased an inexpensive foam roll to do some of the various exercises. She outlined my treatment plan, and she managed my expectations of the final result. It has been some time since my first visit to PTPT. The physical therapy and the various treatments; ultrasound, electric stimulation, whole body vibration, and massage have changed my life. I no longer live with pain. My whole body is 1000% more flexible, I have muscle tone in places I did not before (I have abs!) and I totally understand the mind body connection. A quick note on the massages: AMAZING! Vivian’s staff knows what they are doing. The massages are relaxing and therapeutic. All the therapists are well trained and very good at what they do. The massages have played a major roll in my recovering from the debilitating pain. I encourage anyone who is experiencing pain to call PTPT. I tell every person I come in contact with about Vivian and her amazing staff at PTPT. With so much thanks

  • When I was 14, I had spinal fusion surgery to correct a scoliotic curve in my spine. I received no physical therapy and I didn’t think that I needed any. Sure, I couldn’t bend my spine but I didn’t see how that might affect other aspects of my physical well-being. I returned to the sport of gymnastics and did what I could do. Obviously, it wasn’t much. During one gymnastics practice, I injured my knee and was prescribed two rounds of physical therapy. It didn’t do any good and I resigned myself to reality—I would always experience pain in my left knee. Unfortunately, an injured knee hampered my active lifestyle and I quickly found my pain increasing to the point that I sought medical help again. This time I went in for arthroscopic surgery to repair a torn meniscus. I thought that this would be the end and things would finally improve. Again, I was wrong. Even after the surgery and another dose of physical therapy, I was still in pain and unable to resume my normal activities. And that’s when I met Vivian Eisenstadt. Vivian explained to me that it was all connected—the spinal fusion surgery and the knee problems. My immobilized spine had progressively weakened my core and kept me from doing basic activities properly, even walking. We worked on widening my gait, stepping with the correct heel to toe motion and engaging my core. My pain has substantially decreased. I have resumed running and dancing and though I still experience some discomfort, I no longer feel despondent. I know that with Vivian’s help, I will soon be pain-free.

  • Many years ago there was a PR campaign which asked What Becomes A Legend? This was printed on the adverts of classic female movie star photos like Greta Garbo, Carole Lombard, Bette Davis etc. When I think of Vivian Eisenstadt, I ask What/Who is a Legend? That’s how super she is as a physical therapist and healer. I’d been rather skeptical about trying physical therapy until I tried Vivian. I was struck immediately by her extensive knowledge of the body and its workings. Unlike others before her, she taught me how to correct my walking and sitting posture through exercise and home work. I use the word taught because I believe that a really good healer teaches the patient how to get strong. And because she often acts like a drill Sgt. I forever have her voice in my head as I’m walking my dog, admonishing me to “stand up straight!” and “stomach in.” Vivian has been given the gift of healing. People with doubts and those without should come and experience how good she is and how much better they will feel in her able hands. In closing, I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful she is. I tell everyone I meet that they should see her and why.

  • I have had posture problems all my life because of my foot problems and I alway believed that could never be changed. However, one summer spent working with Vivian and the improvements were dramatic. She took a whole body approach - rather than only working on my feet, she helped me improve my posture and overall health by focusing on all parts of my body. Vivian knows what she's doing and she does it well!

  • I was in a bad car accident on July 19th, 2006. My car was totaled and I was taken to an Emergency room in Hollywood. I had severe injuries to my neck, shoulders and back. The injuries were so bad that I spent a week in bed and could not get out of a chair or a car without assistance. I went to the doctor and was given a prescription to P.T.P.T.(Prevent The Pain Therapy) with Vivian Eisenstadt. At first, I did not believe she would be able to help me because the pain was so severe and I was barely able to move my neck with out gritting my teeth. I was out of work with no pay and I had never felt so hopeless, but with her no nonsense attitude and professionalism she was able to pinpoint exactly what was going on with me and my body and went to work. After the first month the pain in my neck was almost completely gone. With each visit she asks exactly how I feel... what's going on with me, and what hurts... then she goes to work. After she works on me - I feel better and better each time. I'm on my way to a complete recovery which I did not believe was possible. Her approach to how she works is different with each visit. Not only does Vivian care about her patients, clients and employees. She's the greatest healer I've ever met or seen. She has an amazing staff that works in conjunction with her and all her patients. I hope that any person who is in the kind of pain I was is lucky enough to fall under her care. I'm so grateful to have met her and I would recommend anybody who has pain, no matter how big or small to make an appointment and let the miracle happen. Sincerely - James Cummings

  • I just wanted to thank you-- I'll never forget how kind you were to me. At a time when it seemed like no one could figure out what was wrong with me and no one had patience to try to figure it out, you were one of the few who was kind, patient, and generous. Thanks again,

  • The Prevent The Pain Clinic itself is a place for physical therapy, Pilates, manual therapy, laser light therapy, sports rehabilitation and just a cool place to hang out and meet really really interesting people. I didn't want to leave the place - ever.... Vivian, the owner and one of the resident healers - made me leave! (kidding) RUN. Call for an appointment. HURRY! My Best,

  • I am only in my thirties, but being 6 foot 3, and working behind a desk for 10 or more hours a day, my back began to hurt, so I went to Vivian. I had seen chiropractors and other physical therapists in the past. But Vivian works with a unique and different approach. My back pains are now gone. I feel much better. And she taught me stretches and exercises so I can keep it that way. Thanks Vivian, even if it probably cost you a regular patient. Sincerely, Joshua P. Friedman, Esq. Joshua P. • Hi, I’m Karen. I met Vivian through my brother and he sent me to her for the pain he was sick of hearing about. I am a musician and my forearms and neck were like bricks and I was experiencing debilitating pain that stalled my life. It's hard to explain how in such a short time I was able to get a deep understanding of my body and how important it was to cherish and take care of it on a constant basis; get rid of the pain; and get back to following my dreams. Being pain free has helped improve every part of my life. Thank you Vivian and PTPT Staff

  • I have suffered from chronic back pain for nearly 25 years. I would suffer periodic episodes which left me barely able to walk, enduring weeks where the slightest wrong movement could reduce me near tears. Recuperation consisted of massage, rest, and, mostly, time. After the acute pain subsided, and with enough time, it would return to a state of insidious discomfort that would nag just below the surface, waiting for another episode opportunity. My massage therapist, who told me that she couldn't cure me, introduced me to Vivian. I was in a great deal of pain at the time, and Vivian nursed me back to normal in just a few weeks. She used a combination of therapies, one of which was her good humor, but warned that while I had passed through the most difficult portion of the recovery process, I would need to continue physical therapy and maintain a homework schedule to ultimately eliminate the pain. I didn't. And, sure enough, months later after a long plane ride to Europe, the pain returned. This time it was a series of episodes, each one more painful than the previous. Finally, after feeling ill with pain, I called Vivian again. I arrived in the office and Vivian went to work. Between the stim, infrared, massage, traction, manual mobilization, specific exercises and slow stretching, Vivian and her team coaxed me back to health. This time she was even more emphatic in her admonition to do my homework, continue to train muscles that were necessary to help prevent a recurrence, and to stretch properly. I'm back to an active lifestyle and, for the moment, pain free. I intend to stay that way by following the personalized plan Vivian has structured for me. I'm so grateful for her knowledge, her caring nature, and the understanding she brings to the practice of healing. Viva Vivian!

  • After 15 minutes of Vivian's deep tissue work I walked away a different person. The deep seated injury and pain in my hips and neck from years of professional dancing were released and that night this was reflected in my spirit and mind; old patterns and feelings of remorse were replaced with an incredible new vitality and positivity. I have new hope that I can return to dancing without worrying when the pain in my hips will start. The results of her treatments were nothing short of a miracle. Vivian understands the body intrinsically and she opens part to complete and absolute healing.

  • About five years ago, I suffered a second severe lower disk herniation. My first herniation required extensive surgery, so I thought that I was destined to be back in the operating room. Fortunately for me, Vivian Eisenstadt was my physical therapist. Vivian approached my challenging physical condition with the utmost professionalism. Her combination of applying advanced techniques along with her positive personal energy yielded great results. Session after session, Vivian focused on strengthening my weakened spine and spirit by continuously pushing me physically, while promoting a wellness mind set. By the end of my therapy sessions, I forgot I ever had a serious herniation, and was in the best shape of my life. I owe a lot to Vivian for my continued health today, and still religiously employ the exercises I learned from her. I would strongly recommend Vivian as a physical therapist who can truly improve a patient's physical, mental and spiritual well being. Michael J. • I cannot believe that Vivian Eisenstadt has disguised her true identity this long. Who would have ever imagined that Wonder Woman would become a licensed Physical Therapist? I have truly never felt better. Ask for the Karate Chop.

  • Dear Vivian: I so wanted you to know I am in awe of your skills. I was feeling simply miserable on the day I saw you. Only 24 hours had passed since a rotten so-and-so had plowed into me and my Corolla. Chip and I had planned to go to Las Vegas for a long weekend and I was very seriously considering cancelling the trip. I was in fear of being stuck in the car for the 5 hour drive that was ahead of me the next day. The work you did with me was remarkable. I felt completely taken care of and secure in knowing you were doing what would help. And it did help - tremendously. The pain in my lower back was relieved by your work on my hip. And the pain in my neck and shoulders vastly lessened by your adjustments and treatments in that area. Not only was the trip largely pain free, it was actually pleasant and relaxing; especially so since Chip drove the whole way. I could sit comfortably and enjoy the good music he had brought along for the journey. The trip back to Los Angeles three days later was just as easy as the trip out. I was in such a good mood, feeling so well, that even losing at the tables didn’t dampen by spirit! It has been 8 days since the accident. I am still sore but can’t even imagine what I would feel like if I hadn’t been to you the day after I was hit. I am confident that I am well on the way to doing cartwheels. (Not that I had been doing those on a daily basis – but wonderful to feel I can if required.) Many, many thanks,
    Natasha

  • Dear Vivian, Clinical therapy is all about getting the job done, and that is exactly what you do. But for the fact that it sounds superlative, I would say you are a wonder woman. I turned up at your door with a really bad dose of tendinitis, Tennis Elbow. Actually it was roofers elbow from banging in the nails on the tree house roof. I had been told that I was going to have to take months of therapy, but a couple a sessions with your infrared wand and deep massage, and I was well on the way to recovery. Before I forget completely I thought I would jot you a line to say thank you for a job well done. Yours sincerely,
    Neil Stewart McLeod D.D.S.

  • I first went to see Vivian at Prevent The Pain Therapy in the fall of 2004 with significant lower back pain that stemmed from two badly diseased lumbar discs. I had already had a micro-discectomy the year before which didn't help and I was preparing to have the new disc replacement surgery in the spring of 2005. My problem was severely mechanical. I had examined all the options and was pretty sure that I was not going to be fixed by therapy, so I'm not going to tell you that Vivian fixed me or saved me from surgery. I imagine she would be able to do that for many with back problems, but mine was significantly more complicated. What I will tell you is that her methods and approach were perfect. She got me strong and ready for the much needed surgery. I was also taught a new way to think about my spine, back and the core muscles in and around the abdomen while being given very specific techniques and exercises to strengthen my back and correct my posture. These exercises, approaches and treatments are what got me strong enough -- both mentally and physically -- to be ready for the surgery. I implemented much of what I was taught following the surgery and due in part to her help, at 6 months post operative, I am feeling better than I have in five years. Thanks, Vivian to you and PTPT.
    Rob Steinberg

  • Unlike most PT's who treat only the pain, Vivian has an unique ability to precisely pinpoint where the source of the pain stems. Her approach is truly comprehesive in treating the pain while simultaneously preventing it from returning. Vivian is truly gifted and I would recommend anyone who either has a problem or is at risk of developing a problem so they don't have to suffer needlessly. Her approach is truly unique, highly specific to the individual, and personal. You will leave her with the knowledge on how to live pain free. Vivian is truly gifted, I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

  • Three doctors, two physical therapists and one acupuncturist later and my condition was only getting worse. I had been suffering for over two and half years with a condition that started out as ilio-tibial band syndrome and then proliferated into bursitis in my hip, sciatica and hip piriformis syndrome. My quality of life was in the gutter. I would pray that I could get through a day of work without the pain escalating to the point that I would have to leave, which happened regularly. Driving was very painful and living in Los Angeles that limited me a great deal. I grew isolated because my condition prevented me from going to family functions that were far away, prevented me from going out to dinner and the movies with family and friends and prevented me from fully living my life. That was my life before I met Vivian Eisenstadt. Within five minutes after meeting me Vivian diagnosed me with a severe hip rotation. She did some adjustments for me and within a week, yes one week, I was basically pain free. I have begun physical therapy with her to restore my muscles to where they were before I got injured and with each session I feel myself getting stronger and healthier. There are tears in my eyes as I write this testimonial because I am overwhelmed with gratitude to Vivian for giving me my life back. I would not only recommend anyone to Vivian but I'd also be happy to speak with them directly about my miraculous healing experience.

Vivian is a godsend.

  • I am so impressed with Vivian’s ability to spot the source of a physical problem and know just how to treat it in the fewest number of visits. I especially appreciate her keen awareness of the human body and her dedication in making sure that I follow through with her advice on my posture and body alignment. She’s my very own Jewish mother wrapped up in a healing professional.

  • When I dislocated my knee I was very fortunate to find Vivian at Prevent The Pain and she was able to not only end the pain, but return my knee to the way it was before the injury. Now I am back to serious athletic activities thanks to a great physical therapist who I now consider a good friend. At Prevent The Pain, the atmosphere is warm, professional, and you always leave feeling great!

  • This was a letter I just sent my lawyer: Out of my frustration of having almost constant pain since my accident, even after the epidural procedure, I’m not getting any relief. You can find more information about Prevent The Pain Therapy at: www.preventthepain.com Sincerely, Jerry H Yoon

  • Vivian is the best there is! Plain and simple. I have had more improvements with my injury in one visit with Vivian than I have in 3 years of medicines and all other remedies that I have tried. She is fantastic at what she does and helps you find the true root to whatever it is that you need to work on in order to begin your route to recovery!

  • Vivian gave me my body back. I had a complete knee replacement two years ago, and had a large knot on the back of my thigh. I went to her for a back problem and she explained to me I was not using my knee at all, which is why my back was overworking, worked the knot out with her hands and showed me exercises I was never given to help my leg fully recover. She is a healer.

  • I had the privilege of getting physical therapy and massage from the owner, Vivian, and not only my neck pain was eventually gone, she converted me into a physical exercise fanatic (well, I do my exercises regularly now!). It seems that she knows a few secrets to good physical health and I'd definetely would go to her again and again, if not for pain therapy, just for any old physical therapy. She is so good! Too bad I can only do it when visiting .

  • Vivian has the personality and experience to make you want to recover. A pleasure to be treated and the results were amazing. I would happily recommend PTPT to anyone. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the treatment rooms and if you're a dog lover, there's another plus! Don't just take my word for it. Have an accident! Pay her a visit!

  • Vivian Eisenstadt, owner of Prevent The Pain, is a truly gifted practitioner. She has an intuitive sense of just where the problem lies and is highly creative in her approach to healing, as well as willing to go the extra mile to make sure her clients improve. I received excellent treatment for a chronic lower back problem I've had and I have greatly improved under her care.

  • Vivian goes directly to the cause of your problems and solves it. She is effective, and not only do I know I'll feel better, I really enjoy her terrific personality. I highly recommend her.

  • I was referred to Vivian Eisenstadt and Prevent The Pain Therapy after a car accident. I was a bit skeptical because I had been treated by other physical therapists and chiropractors before and was still in pain. They were always just treating the same spot in my neck. With Vivian, it's a total body experience. She is very smart and intuitive and understands the body very well and knows that you have to take an integrative approach to healing and treat the whole body. She was able to isolate a connective point in my neck/shoulder area that no one else had and treat that. I have already recommended her to friends and would feel comfortable referring her to anyone. And I love the total vibration machine!

  • Vivian is very intense and very effective. Every other PT place I have used was like kindergarden compared to PTPT. Vivian uses a very personal approach to her treatment and is highly specific about what needs to be done in and out of her office as far as exercises and follow-up. She also offers massage and alternative treatments in addition to traditional methods. Vivian truly educated me so I can literally prevent the pain!

  • Vivian & Staff of PTPT are truly amazing! I injured my knee six years ago and have been living with the pain until Vivian! I was told by every doctor to take an aspirin & go back to work...I really thought this was as good as it was going to get. Luckily, I was referred to PTPT two months ago. Already I have noticed HUGE improvements in what my knee can do! I have no swelling in my knee for the first time in six years!!! This is not just physical therapy...it is a wellness center. There are so many components that are available to promote healthy & balanced living...Turbo Sonic, Isagenix (I've lost 12 pounds), Liquid Vitamins, Massage Therapy & Toxin Reducing Foot Baths, just to name a few. Vivian is a dynamo who is committed to inspiring you to get & stay healthy. The whole staff is wonderful...Martin is remarkable at making therapy fit my busy schedule. Sherri is amazingly friendly while working the kinks out! I really do appreciate all the personal attention and dedication from PTPT. I have recommended them to friends, and will continue to do so!!

  • Dr. Mancherian, Thank you so much for the referrals to Vivian. She is the kookiest person I have ever met (which is a compliment) and she popped my ankle back into alignment. She also called me the most uptight, stressed out person (I was probably oozing negative energy all over her office), but I certainly appreciate her candor. Thanks - I'm seeing her again tomorrow so she can get me aligned for my marathon on Sunday! I posted a few days ago online asking for help with finding a doctor or PT who could help with my ankle pain. I have been going to PT for months and got a cortisone injection from a doctor and nothing helped. Another peachheader referred me to Vivian Eisenstadt at Prevent The Pain Therapy who popped my ankle back into place and relieved my pain in ONE SESSION - which the orthopedic doc and last PT never did over the course of months. Thank you for the referral, and I highly recommend her to anyone who has any kind of pain. Her approach is unorthodox, but she knows her stuff. I would recommend her highly to anyone with any chronic problems.

  • Whether you're in pain or not, PTPT gives you an opportunity to feel better than you did before. When I came to PTPT over 4 years ago I was suffering from bad knees. Vivian teaches you how to do the basics of living, including walking, standing and sitting in a way that enforces wellness and balance. Her ability to know exactly what angle is off has helped me with both knees, my back, neck and shoulders. I do not only feel better physically, but mentally I feel more focused and empowered with everything I do. The massage therapists are so skilled in knowing how you're feeling that day and take such good care of me, including listening to what I need on that particular day and making sure I feel good. My husband now comes to PTPT when he needs treatment and my friends who noticed the change in me now get treated here as well. You have a place to go and you can ask advice anytime. There's only one Vivian

  • For 20 years I had shoulder and neck pain that ruled my life. In just 1-3 short sessions with Vivian and her staff at PTPT, I can easily say I feel better than I thought was possible. The way Vivian approaches the body is from a complete, knowledgable professional as well as personable honest approach. I have recommended her to all of my celebrity socialites, co-workers, friends and family as I recommend PTPT to you. My knee, ankle and attitude are fine tuned to take on the world now. Don't hesitate to come to PTPT. Also, the environment is very holistic, spiritual and relaxing.

  • I have been in and out of physical therapy, acupuncture, doctors, chiropractors…trying to help my chronic headaches. Vivian is a compassionate; tell it like it is, woman who gives so much more than her PT skills. She has made me aware of not just the physical but the emotional habits that are causing my pain. So I can attack the problem form all sides. For the first time I have hope that one day I will be headache free and a stronger person!
    Kelly Musson

  • Before I found Vivian I tried everything to get rid of my sciatic pain. Nothing helped me for about 6 months, but after just a few weeks with PTPT I finally could run and feel relief from my pain. I couldn't believe it! Although she "fixed" me I still refuse to leave her because of the effect she has on me. I feel stronger, healthier, and more in charge of my body than ever before. There is so little we know about our bodies, and it is so easy to change it thanks to Vivian. I'm not only stronger and healthier, but also motivated to run my best on my favorite steeplechase...thanks Vivian!

  • I recommend Vivian to all my friends whether they are in pain or not! Being an avid cyclist, whenever I have injured myself on the road and been in pain for weeks, on numerous occasions I buckle and come to PTPT where Vivian diagnoses and fixes me with speed and precision. With her vast knowledge of the human body, most of the time she eliminates my pain in one visit by finding the originating cause and "does what she does". She has helped me find "lost" muscles and reviews my yoga exercises so I am doing them correctly and mindfully. The Southland is lucky to have PTPT around (I travel from Redondo Beach to see her).
    David Hochman

  • I've been experiencing back pain since my car accident in 1996. It wasn't until I came to Vivian that I began to have relief. She makes the pain go away and offers tips and tricks to keep it at bay. She's passionate about her work and she has an amazing energy; she truly wants to heal the hurt. I have referred her to a number of my friends who in turn have had amazing results.

  • I am completely sold on Physical Therapy after my session with Prevent The Pain Therapy. I am amazed at my recuperation after follow the exercises prescribed by PTPT. Vivian is highly skilled and really knows her business.

  • After holding off on seeking out overdue help for my back aches from my previous years as a tennis player, I sought out PTPT in hopes of starting my path towards a pain-free back. Instead I achieved a stunning and immediate recovery that literary felt as though I had received a new spine from God, or Vivian as I would have had it. She truly puts her body, mind, soul, and WIT to work as she sets you anew with an intact body and a reformed mindset to ensure a life of health and pain-free mobility. For anyone looking for a physical therapist with effective results, seriously....Seriously.....Look No Further.
    Rebecca Ghadami

  • I cannot rave about this woman enough! I was ready to have an injection into my spine to fix this horrific, annoying pain I had suffered with for 9 months. I had seen another physical therapists for 2 months and nothing was working. A doctor recommended I see Vivian at PTPT and so I tried her out. After my first visit, I was 90% better. The burning down my leg was almost completely gone. After my second visit, the pain was completely gone. She knows exactly where to focus on and picked up on things with my body that no one else has. Her clinic encompasses not only physical therapy and chiropractic, but Pilates and massage therapy. She is truly a lifesaver!

  • When it comes to physical therapists some might call me an expert. I am a 24 years old former football player and in the last six years I have had four shoulder surgeries; the most recent of which was a partial replacement which will require PT roughly three times a week for the next year to a year and a half. Based on this time frame I was looking for not just a therapist, but a partner in recovery. Someone that was as committed to me reaching my goals as I was, and was willing to stand by my side through a long and rigorous recovery. After going to four different clinics I finally found exactly what I was looking for at PTPT. Vivian, the owner and my physical therapist, had the right kind of though love, determination and marvelous demeanor that not only made the therapy bearable but actually made it fun. I no longer find myself in the rhythmic grind of Dr.'s and therapists past. Instead I look forward to going to my appointments because I am not only going to be worked on by the best PT in Southern California but I am also going to see my friend. Vivian is a competent practitioner that will push you to your limit and work you to a sweat. Success is not an option, it is expected and achieved each and every time you walk through the door. Thank you for all you've done Vivian, and thanks in advance for all you will continue to do on my long road to recovery.

  • I came to Prevent The Pain as I was done with Chiropractors bleeding me for insurance and co-payments. I was initially skeptical, and cautious. After my initial consult, I was hooked! Vivian looked me over, and knew exactly what I needeed. My posture sucked, I walked wrong, the chronic pain in my back was a result of this, and until I KNEW what the problem was, there was no way to realize that I could truly be pain-free. After a few sessions, I felt 1000% better. She enabled me to be more in-tune with my body, and to know what to do and not to do. I am very grateful that she helped me with finding out the cause of my discomfort and pain, and treated that, instead of trying to fit me into a cookie-cutter program that helped pad her pocket book, and didn't really help me at all. She cares, and will help you! On a scale of 1 to 10, Prevent The Pain is a 20! I'm a new person since I saw her, and can't thank her enough!
    Barry Turbow

  • Vivian is the only person that has really taught me how to hold my body to prevent pain. She's an incredible physical therapist with an amazing breadth of knowledge about the body, mind AND spirit. She truly connects to her patients as a whole and approaches healing and pain as such. The only problem with visiting Vivian is that you'll like her so much you'll want to go back even if you're healed! If Vivian can't fix you, nobody can!!!
    Vicki Lynn

  • I've been to a lot of physical therapists, and it doesn't get any better than PTPT. Vivian truly cares about her patients. Since I've started seeing her I've cut back on my pain medication by over 75%. I feel like a new person with a new body! It's wonderful. Her massage therapists are fabulous too.
    Teal Sherer

  • Simply put... Vivian at Prevent The Pain Therapy will align your mind, body and spirit, and you will leave feeling like a new person. It is an amazing experience, and she is an amazingly gifted healer.

  • PTPT IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY! VIVIAN IS AN AMAZING THERAPIST AND SHE KNOWS THE BODY VERY WELL. A PLUS IS THAT SHE IS INCREDIBLY INSIGHTFUL AND IS NOT AFRAID TO SHARE HER INSIGHTS AS THEY RELATE TO ONE'S CONDITION. I CAME TO PTPT AFTER A SERIOUS AUTO ACCIDENT AND COULD NOT WALK VERY WELL AND WAS IN PAIN. I WAS CONSISTENT WITH MY THERAPY AND WITHIN A FEW SHORT WEEKS I BEGAN TO NOTICE HOW MUCH BETTER I WAS FEELING AND WALKING. AFTER 3 MONTHS OF SERIOUS THERAPY, I WAS CLOSE TO BEING BACK TO HOW MY BODY WAS BEFORE THE ACCIDENT. HER OFFICE MANAGER, MARVIN, IS FANTASTIC! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PTPT TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS PHYSICAL THERAPY. YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU CHOSE THIS EXCEPTIONAL PHYSICAL THERAPY PLACE OF HEALING.

  • I am 27 years old and before seeing Vivian I was on my way to using a cane by the age of 50. It's been seven years since my ACL surgery and I was never really able to get back to being normal in sports or even daily living such as walking downstairs normally. I reinjured my knee a year ago to the point that my doctor told me I can no longer run and jump ever again. My doctor's explanation was that certain people don't recover normally. And the doctors that I have seen are well known orthopedic surgeons who have worked on olympic athletes and have won national awards. I have seen a few physical therapists, all with good reputations, but physical therapy was always frustrating because I was never able to make any real progress. And only in my first visit with Vivian she was able to immediately spot fundamental problems which were acting barriers in my rehabilitation. None of which all my previous doctors or physical therapists were able to spot. Only if I had found out about citysearch sooner! She truly is Wonder Woman, literally...You'll know what I mean after your first visit. =)

  • I love getting an adjustment from Vivian. When she puts her hands on me the healing that takes place comes from multiple levels. She has been able to reach places in my body where I have been holding on to stuff for decades. I am discovering a new lighter me. My pain is reduced. My range of motion is improved. I can breathe better and walk better. Please, we all need more love and self-care.....give yourself the gift of a session with Vivian.
    Marzie Harris

  • Vivian is one of the best physical therapists around. She's passionate about her work and I highly recommend her.

  • 40+ years of sports from falling on skateboards, years of rugby and rock climbing in the Himalayas have left my wrists and hands in pain, not to mention the 5 hours a day on the computer for the last 10 years. After one session with Vivian my pain was 75 percent relieved and I was on my way to some long-term relief. Vivian's great energy, attitude and knowledge are incomparable. Also her facility is inviting, high tech when needed and back to basics when those techniques work best. Thank you Vivian, I look forward to working with you keeping me pain free and my athletic career intact for the next 40 years!

  • Three weeks after going back to work full-time while also breastfeeding a 20-pound baby, my shoulders and neck were completely locked up. I get regular chiropractic adjustments, but was still in pain. Vivian got me down on the ground and WORKED it out! I felt a little better immediately, and by the next day the pain was gone. She rocks.
    Margaret M.

  • Hi Viv, you know you are The One!!! You have helped me so tremendously on so many different levels, my hip has never hurt again after you worked on it for a little while. Wow, it took seven years to find you! Now you will help me heal after the shoulder surgery, looking forward to working with you. YOU ARE THE BEST!
    Diana, West Hollywood

  • Vivian truly amazes me in how she is able to quickly locate the source of pain, determine the cause and develop a treatment plan that works! Not only does she provide treatment and relief from the pain, but she takes the time to teach you why your body is responding that way and what you can/should do in your daily routines to help prevent future pain. There is a passion about what she does which is a benefit to us all! She even took me on a Sunday morning and rescued my weekend...thanks again Vivian!
    David Grau

  • I was hesitant to step up to the plate and get my shoulder treated with physical therapy, but the pain became too intense to ignore. Vivian knows her stuff - and she is a naturally gifted healer.
    Mark Rosen

  • Vivian is a lifesaver! Her meticulous attention to detail is the key to quick recovery, proper healing and developing the right muscles. Her belief in skeletal and muscular alignment and her amazing adjustments make her a one-stop shop! As a high level athlete with 2 foot surgeries and a shoulder surgery she was able to put my body back in place and get me to running better, faster and more efficiently in a few weeks after seeing her. I am currently using her as my "Secret Weapon" to help me train for the 2008 Olympic trials in the marathon. Additionally, PTPT has modalities such as whole body vibration, detoxing purifiers, and products/supplements that are helping me to be one step ahead where every second counts. Thank you Vivian, for helping me to make my dreams come true!
    Mary Lockton

  • I am so happy to have found Vivian at PTPT. I am a former college athlete and I used to just work through the pain and live with it. I had an injury to my Planter Facia over 2 years ago and all I did was mask the PAIN with anti-inflammatory meds. (Vioxx, Bextra, Celebrex, etc...)I never concerned myself with identifying what was causing the pain. Vivian has done an amazing job of helping me with my injury. She has taught me exercises to do for my foot when I am at home, and she has truly gotten to the root cause of my injury. If you have had an injury and you have been putting off getting treatment, don't wait any longer. Vivian is an AMAZING "healer". I have never written a review for any of these type of sites, however, in this case I felt like I owed it to others out there that may be suffering like I was. Go see Vivian and tell her that Mark sent you .....

  • I do not know where to begin about the therapy treatment I received from Vivian and her staff. Everyone on her staff melts together like they have been knowing each other since birth. The treatment I received made me feel as though I should have been here ten years ago when I first injured myself while working. I feel the treatment I received would have saved the worker's compensation some money by me not having the surgeries I did have. The idea of learning that to walk correctly by holding the stomach muscles, tightening up the buttocks and walking with the alignment of my shoulders made the pain go away. The exercise in Pilates and stretching every part of my muscles made a difference in the level of my pain decreasing. The massages were great also, more manipulations than I have ever received from any physical therapist just great in my recovery from pain. I needed a whole month with this group but five days told me a lot about myself and how I could reduce the pain with me. I believe if you are a person who really wants to get rid of the pain go to Prevent The Pain Therapy. The pain you receive during therapy is nothing like the feel of no pain after visiting this group of fine people.

  • I went to PTPT seeking help for an unbelievably painful shoulder. I experienced an injury to my shoulder from playing tennis. Before visiting PTPT, I visited multiple other doctors for help. None of them worked...not even slightly. However, once I began PTPT, I instantly noticed improvement on my healing. Since I started PTPT a rough three months ago, my shoulder has recovered about 70%, possibly even more. While I used to have difficulty using my shoulder and arm when dealing with the most simple tasks, I am now able to use my shoulder without much worry. I would recommend anyone with an injury or chronic pain to visit PTPT, because it has proven to be remarkably effective.
    Adam Berger

  • Vivian, thank you for insights and guidance. You are intuitive, observant and effective. I had torn my long head bicep and you helped me understand the factors that contributed to my injury that I could correct and how to correct them. Based on my progress to date, it seems like I may be able to avoid surgery. Thanks, again.
    Steve Carey

  • I didn't know what to do. The nerve pain in my shoulder and arm increased to the point where I couldn't work or sleep. Doctors told me to wait it out. Acupuncturists exacerbated the pain. Sticking with Vivian for a few weeks not only healed my pain, but inspired me to get into better shape altogether. She taught me to reconnect to my body and to not hold stress in my neck. I had shooting nerve pain down my right arm with numbness in my thumb. Vivian helped me become aware of the muscle groups that support the rest of my body, the abdominal and back muscles. Her techniques were affective to the very core, even my breathing changed. Now I stand taller, I'm more agile, I've let go of emotional baggage I was holding as stress in my body. I am happier and so thankful to this Wonder Woman of a healer. I also want to thank Jen, her message therapist is of another world. Vivian, thank you for everything. I am forever in your debt.
    Alex Rapport

  • I had a great experience with PTPT, it's a super relaxed, open atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. I'd never been to physical therapy before and was pretty nervous about it, but I was diagnosed with patello femoral syndrome and referred to a random HMO therapist. I decided to see Vivian instead, having found her through research of my own. She worked very quickly on my leg and then adjusted my spine and back, as well...wasn't expecting that, as I've never had any chiropractic-type work done either. Well, here I am almost a week later, and my knee doesn't hurt, I can walk, I can kneel, and I can stand up from sitting on the floor without using my hands to push myself up. Haven't done that move since Pilates class. Happy side benefit is my back isn't hurting anymore...whatever she did fixed years of working at computers and the two or three times I've been rear-ended on the freeway. Thanks Vivian, I'll be back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

  • Having been to other physical therapists,(for similar problems) I have to say this is somewhat beyond physical therapy. As opposed to simply being adjusted or massaged and receiving exercises which are straight out of the standard physical therapy playbook (which has been my experience in the past), Vivian has provided me with an approach that addresses pain and its sources in a more holistic way. She has dealt with the back and neck pain I've experienced as something symptomatic and treatable in many different ways (adjustment and massage being only a few). She has helped me to reassess how I have treated my body over my lifetime, as well as how little I have understood it up till now. I am being retrained in where I focus my energies in my posture and this alone has been a revelation. It has been a lot of work, but well worth the effort and the results speak for themselves. I can't believe how much better I've been feeling and how improved my posture has become since I started this process. The people who work there are all great and some of the best masseuses I've experienced (as well as the alphabioticist). Suffice it to say, I can recommend Vivian without any reservation whatsoever!

  • After months of putting off treatment and enduring pain, I finally made my first appointment with Vivian. I am now mad at myself for not making it sooner! The reason for the visit was a pain in my shoulder as well as tingling down my arm due to years of abuse in the gym. I went through a series of treatments that included hands-on adjustment as well as various machines. Believe it or not, I felt incredible.....even pampered! Vivian coached me on proper breathing techniques for my workout as well as providing exercises for increasing strength in my core muscles. Even more important than all that was Vivian's charming personality, as well as her ability to make you relax and smile. I truly felt like a million bucks when I left. I look forward to my next appointment and I would highly recommend her services to anyone needing relief from pain (and needing a smile on their face too!).

  • I came to Vivian after tearing my hamstring and not wanting to enter the slow Kaiser system. I was afraid I wouldn’t play softball again, walk or get back to my normal activities. Not only did Vivian diagnose specifically what my injury was, but within 2 treatments/2 weeks with a good home program I was back on the ball field (yes- she did tell me I did it too soon, but I used a pinch runner) and am able to use my leg for working and daily activities. A possible nightmare was turned into a safe place to recover with guidance, ease and satisfied results. I'd recommend her to anyone and if your insurance doesn’t cover her - see her anyway - she is worth the time.

  • Thank You PTPT! You showed true insight in diagnosing the cause of the chronic knee and back pain I felt that other doctors missed. I just completed the wildflower half ironman - a 1,2 mile swim, 56 mile bike ride and a 13.1 mile run - and I feel great thanks to Vivian and the staff at PTPT.

  • Thanks to PTPT, I won my office's Weight Loss Challenge I have been using the Turbosonic Whole Body Vibration for 20 minutes a day, 4 times a week since April 2nd and I'm thrilled to announce that I lost 36.5 pounds (18% of my body weight!) in just 2 months. Yes - of course - I also exercised and ate a healthy low calorie diet, but I've done that before without these extraordinary results. The only added element was the Turbosonic. I just sucked in my stomach, tightened my butt and listened to my ipod while the machine did its thing. Embarrassingly passive. I don’t know exactly what the Turbosonic did. Based on my results, it feels like the Turbosonic helped me to tighten up, loosen my cellulite and fat and help to drain my lymphatic system. I’m back to my pre-baby weight and I feel great. I’m inspired to keep going for another 10 pounds. Thanks Vivian.

  • Vivian Eisenstadt is, hands down, the best physical therapist I've been to in the L.A. area. I arrived at her office weak and in pain, and now four months later, feel much stronger and more confident in my body and self. She combines her vast knowledge of human musculoskeletal function with specifically tailored, pilates-based training to effect the changes needed to improve an ailing physique. She also addresses the more psychological aspects of healing as part of her treatment. She can refer you to a host of practitioners in other areas of the healing arts for whatever your specific needs may be as well. And she's a great person to boot. If you need a physical therapist, Vivian Eisenstadt is your girl!

  • Vivian is incredible at helping people with their issues. She's intuitive and senses ones issues with her unique abilities. She is a visionary when comes to helping people with healing. When my neck and shoulders were tweaked, it took Vivian minutes to diagnose and help me back to pain-free. I wholeheartedly recommend her and her center. Thanks Vivian for years of healing and friendship!

  • Vivian, when I came to you , I was suffering with lower back & hip all the way down to me both feet for 3 months. I was unable to do anything and I had no sleep. Your treatment was so effective and painful at the beginning. You took a personal approach to my treatment. Which I am so thankful for everything you have done for me. My pain is gone and I lost a few pounds. Thanks again for your expert treatment.

  • Vivian is an "iron fist with a velvet glove"! She gets to the root of your problem and corrects it. You may not always like what you hear or the pain of healing initially but afterwards, you are extremeful grateful and delighted with the results. She is truly gifted with healing hands and after going to many other physical therapists, I have finally found one that has cured me. Thanks, Viv! You Rock!

  • Vivian is a gifted healer. She is unlike any other body worker that I have even worked with. After my first session with Vivian my bi-lateral achilles tendonitis was gone. Now, 4 visits later, most of my other aches and pains have dissipated. I feel so lucky to have met Vivian. I encourage others with chronic pain to see her.
